Our Party host Jake went above and beyond to make our party great! He was so attentive and helpful the entire time we were there. He made the party easy for me and I would 100% ask for him the next time we do a party at Rockin Jump!!

Very easy and fun. Kids loved the party and Yovne was an amazing host.

Our birthday party was great, very organized and I didn't have to do hardly anything. Lisa was a great party coordinator and I loved my soda and time in massage chair while the kids played!

I wanted to know the full plan of Jump time and when the room would be ready and how long we got in the party room. Myself and the other parents kept wondering how long they actually had to jump. And when the room was getting prepped I was unaware. Just like I was unaware when i needed to gather all the kids. It was basically a guessing game and me having to keep check on the kids and the room both while trying to get pictures. I had brought a bag with gifts and gift bags and it wasn't in the room like promised until I looked around and the attendant had to go find it. I liked that he helped carry things out to my car. But I do think the party packages are a little expensive.
