Anna, our party host, was awesome. Very polite, timely, and courteous and fun.

It was so easy to plan and manage birthday party, and there are various exciting areas to play in. I think the price is reasonable.

I wanted to say, 'that our host Sara was very attentive in organizing our party'. She was patient and pleasant in assisting our group. It's not easy trying to get a bunch of little kids to listen. She was very professional in the way that she managed all the kids and some adults to the Birthday Party Room. She did a great job! I would definitely recommend my family and friends visit Sky Zone because of this excellent service.

The ease of planning my daughters party was extremely simple and quick. The attention to detail and communication from the party attendants were amazing and the kids had an amazing time which is what mattered the most

Great place, happy with the customer service and the variety of activities in the skyzone. Far better than some of the other places near by.

It was an a easy event for parents to manage and kids had a great time!! My son and the kids really enjoyed it.

Kitchen was behind. We ordered 7 pizza but received 4. The rest came out after 15-20 minutes. Even though my party assistant was great, but one person wasn’t enough for the size of my party.

There was no loud speaker to gather party guests to go to the party room. Sky zone is huge and not having a way to gather 15 kids among the rest of the public jumpers was not ideal. I also feel for safety purposes an intercom should be installed. Pizza and chicken tenders were the only main options & were expensive to be created in house, no option to bring outside hot food and fee to bring other cold food. Expensive package for 15 jumpers and 40 minute party room. At least need 90 minutes of jump time to include all the options especially the sky rope course for all party guests.it would be nice when booking party for party planner/ website to say that or recommend doing sky rope course first due to the timing. some of our guests where still in line when our party time came up and were disappointed when they had to get out of line.
