It would’ve been nice to have access to our party room while we were jumping. From my understanding we couldn’t go to our room until our jump time was over... and then it felt rushed to eat have cake and open gifts while spending time with family that drove over an hr to celebrate.

We felt really rushed in the party room. It was not enough time spent for the money we paid. And I was very embarrassed to tell my kids and adult guests to hurry up as we don’t have much time left.

The time in the party room felt rushed and I think that was because we had to wait about 10 minutes past our start time because not all of the pizzas were done cooking. Also, there were some items out of service such as the wipeout. The kids were looking forward to that and it wasn't working the day of our visit.

I really had a great experience. The only problem was communication before the party. No one ever answered the phone and I would just wait on hold for a long tine. Our party asst was awesome !

Everything was pretty good, the party host was great. One thing that was an issue is having a delay with the pizzas and drinks. The host should have had help especially at this beginning part of the party. Took a while for kids to get pizza and drinks filled. Kids got anxious and irritated 😤.

One of the jumping areas has been closed for over 2 months I wish it was available for my daughters birthday party its her favorite.

The incident with the employee monitor not ensuring all children were buckled in was disheartening. They were more interested in chatting with their friends at work. Child safety needs to be improved! Additionally, there is a wide open entrance and not a gated entrance for verification of passes or to pair a child with their parent before departing. This is very scary that children are running around and an individual could have easily walked in and taken a child by the hand and walked out the door. SCARY!

The only reason I am not Highly Satisfied is the lack of security procedures in place at SkyZone. No wrist bands, stamps, or other way to ensure that children are safe and accounted for.

My son was very disappointed because the wipe out wasn't working and nobody told us this in advance. The ninja obstacles was too crowded same as the zip line and the group couldn't use it because the time expired.

Its little crowded. Little more Time in party room would have been best Pizzas came little late. And can not order more. Our original order of goodie bags were not recorded correct.
