We were going to spend the night at Crystal, but found a bedbug in our bed. Upon checkout, we discovered they put a $100 hold on our room which was not authorized. We booked our room through a website, so instead of refunding our money immediately they went through the website which could cause a weeks delay in being refunded. Will never ever go there again. Horrible.
