Sondves A was AMAZING! She was so helpful, friendly, professional & an exceptional rep for Pandora. We will definitely be returning to this store and hope to see Sondves A when we go. She understood me and offered a wonderful solution and I got my husband to purchase me another charm for my bracelet! Thank you Sondves A!

Sales professional was extremely nice even though I had no idea what I needed. When I wasn’t sure what charms to choose she tried to help get to know the person I was purchasing for. Ultimately I decided to let the person I’d bought the bracelet for purchase the charms and she didn’t even get upset or try to push me into purchasing a charm I was unsure of. 10/10

My sister and went into the store to just browse. But our sales person showed us some items and we both purchased a item from her. She was very personable and we will come again.

The quality of the rings are perfect. The rings are absolutely stunning. I received them as a gift and unfortunately they were too big. I was very happy the next size down was in stock when I came to the Crocker Park location. The lady that helped me was very friendly!

Had my 9 year old twin Grandaughters picking out BDAY present for there Mother and the clerk was so respectful of them picking out there gifts especially when they paid $2.00 apiece and my credit card

Patience, helpfulness, knowledge of material

I was acknowledged when I entered the store, even though the sales associate was busy with another customer. It was easy and inviting to browse while I waited. Another, equally friendly, salesperson came out and waited on the person in front of me. This same salesperson was very helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable and I was able to purchase what I came for. In addition, she cleaned and arranged my own bracelet that I had brought along and gladly so. It was a very enjoyable experience and I look forward to going back to make purchases for my friend and for myself. Thank you!!
