The sales associate was very helpful. She was very kind and handled the jewelry cleaning request and sale very professionally.

I was highly satisfied because I only went in to look at charms as a gift idea for my sister. Though, what ended up happening was I talked to the sales associate, I can’t remember who though, and said I was looking for my sister. She proceeded to show me some charms that she thought I might like, and boy was she right, because I ended up buying two!!!!

On a very busy Saturday your staff was patient and waited on customers in the correct order.
