Monique my sales person was friendly and professional. The whole staff was very nice and I didn't have a long wait. Monique helped me pick a beautiful gift out for my sister. The other sales lady there showed me her bracelet with Star Wars charms because they seen I had one. I plan to return later today to buy more and start a second bracelet. This location in Crocker Park was my best experience out of all the Pandora stores I've been too!

Excellent Customer Service and Super Friendly, Helpful Staff. Helped me find a gift for my best friend's 40th birthday. I was rung up and out the door with a perfectly wrapped present (pandora bag with tissue) in under 15 minutes. Still had time to grab a bite on my lunch break :) Thank you!

Due to all the weight I've gained during the pandemic, my wedding rings no longer fit. My engagement ring and wedding band are both platinum with diamonds and I know from having them resized years ago, it would be at least $500 to resize them again. I decided a better less expensive solution right now would be to purchase a lovely Pandora ring to wear until I lose weight or break down and get my rings resized. I love the selection and chose a beautiful CZ heart shaped ring for only $75! I was debating between this ring and a Sapphire (my birthstone) looking heart shaped pink gold ring for $100. I'm going to use the $10 from this survey and go back tomorrow and purchase that ring, too! At these prices I can afford both. I love the immediate gratification as well.

The customer service was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. We browsed for a little and when we were ready someone came right over to assist us.
