Monique was very helpful and this was my first time at this location. Before I got there the gps steered me wrong and two other people said the store was not there. I was more than surprised (very grateful) that it was !

My sales person was very friendly. My sales person paid attention to what I wanted and took me there first. My sales person tried to sell me additional products I was interested in and not something random.

The sale clerk Lewis was friendly knowledgeable and was helpful with helping me pick out the perfect gift.

I originally went to the store at what I thought was the opening time (online it said 10 am) only to find out they were not open. I was not a happy camper about this seeing that I had left work to make a purchase. Later that day I called the store to verify the hours to make sure I would still be able to make my purchase. Went to the store about an hour after I verified and someone had placed the hours of operation on the door. I feel like my pain from earlier in the day didn't go unnoticed. This is my normal store (prior to Covid-19), they are always helpful and nice. I love this stores location and employees. I only shop here and online now. This is my favorite store!
