Natalie was very friendly and treated me like family. Even though the store was very crowded, she treated me as if I was the only customer there with no interruptions. Im very happy with my 7 new charms and new bracelet.

I was highly satisfied with the store..However when I first contact pandora and did a chat with a agent it was terrible.Rodrigo was no help at all.He told me there was nothing that could be done because I ordered the wrong size for the promotional bangle.Stated that pandora was out of stock and that there's nothing else that could be done.I then contacted Pandora via phone and the lady I spoke with handle my situation with no problem!

I can’t remember who the associate was but my mother and I were very taken care of. We were a little bit annoyed with having to wait outside but I don’t blame the associate or the store for that. The associate in my opinion really kind of connected with us and made me feel very welcome which I greatly appreciated.
