Sarah was an amazing help and very educated!! I went to the Pandora in Strongsville to exchange a ring with my warranty and they were out of my size and told me I had to call around to every store to see if they have, called here first and they were in stock! Super excited to come back to this location due to the urgency and care from associates, and the ring I got here was much better quality than the one in Strongsville, very sparkly! Very happy with my experience!!

I called the store ahead of time to check stock on a charm that was sold out elsewhere. The phone services were great! Then when I walked in, the woman who had spoken with me on the phone helped me. It was an amazing experience. I walked away with more than I came for and at a great price! All were items I had been wanting. Thank you!
