The employee was every helpful. Had every charm I was kind of looking for.

I was highly satisfied when I walked in you were immediately greeted in to the store, asked if you need help or to find what you were looking for. The sales representative was great ,friendly and knew exactly where the items I was looking for were. Couldn't of asked for better service at crocker park in westlake Ohio.

Social distance and safety was enforced. Knowledgable staff and ease of check out.

The associate Naija was fantastic. I told her I had a very negative experience in the store and never intended to return. She made everything right. So helpful, personable, and outgoing. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

The workers are super sweet and help you find what fits you best and what works for your budget. During my visit, we exchanged a bracelet that broke, and bought a new ring. In and out super fast!
