The sales associate offered to clean my jewelry when I walked in. She assisted me through the entire shopping process and was so kind. I had an exchange and she was happy to help me with that and assisted me in picking out a new ring. This was the best experience I’ve had in any pandora store.

She knew what was in stock and knew what was retired. She opened a new case to show me different options in different sizes. They were engaging and friendly all throughout.

Sale representative were very nice and polite. I enjoyed the time I spent with my fiance while shopping at the store. And most of all I left the store with a Pandora credit card and gifts for my fiance.

I was so satisfied with the service I received at this particular location I visit different locations in my area of Cleveland Ohio and I’ve never had such a great experience until I came to the store Tracy the sales associate is amazing
