My mother and I were looking for a specific ring for my niece's 16th birthday. Sarah greeted us with a friendly smile and helped us determine the ring size needed. She spent a lot of time helping us, and since the ring we came in for wasn't available in the size we wanted, she helped us choose a better alternative for a similar price. She made our visit stress-free, and my niece loved the ring that we chose!

I previously went to a different Pandora store and was given the runaround. So I decided to go to the one closest to my home and I was not given any pushback or hesitation in exchanging my product.

The staff at the Pandora store were so helpful to me in cleaning my bracelets. I made the mistake of trying to clean my bracelets with sterling silver cleaner and they turned black. Unfortunately they were out of the cleaner they recommend so I will be ordering it online to protect my investment.

The manager recognized me when I walked in and made me feel very welcomed. She knew immediately where to find what I was looking for. She also showed me what I am looking to buy next,
