Friendly knowledgeable employee. Understood what I wanted and helped. Not pushy just upbeat. Making it pleasant and enjoyable she put new charms on my bracelet exactly where I wanted them. She made it a lot of fun. Was with sisters and we all bought charms and such.

The store was very clean and organized. The sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I love the merchandise and will return.

This pandora location was the very best location I have been too. I love Sarah P so much. She was very tentative to me & what I was looking for. She was amazing & I will be returning to the store every soon.

Well through all the virus stuff going in there after months of bing in the house bc I was pregnant and then had a baby it being my first time being in public again was amazing to talk to a person and interact I almost forgot how to but she was amazing at assisting me she remembered me from the day before calling about the bracelet I wanted it was just a good overall experience I even got a charm

The store was sanitized and cleaned throughly in keeping with coronavirus practices so I felt very safe. I came because a charm I had lost a stone. Unfortunately, because I purchased it on sale there weren't any left in the store, but the associate looked everywhere first and really tried to find it as I loved that charm. She assisted me in picking out a new one that was closest to what I had. Although I had to pay the difference, it really meant a lot to me bc that charm was diamond in appearance and represented my engagement (my bracelet theme is big life events and my favorite things).

The associate Sara that helped me was very knowledgeable and her customer service was amazing!!! This will be the only pandora store I will be shopping at !!!

I always wanted to have a pandora bracelet with charms but I had zero knowledge about it and the attendant besides being super nice, helped me to figure out what was the best for me and I felt comfortable buying it. Also the jewelries are all even prettier in person, I wanted to buy all the charms!

Was very impressed with the sales associate, Tracy was her name, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store, she answered my questions very thoroughly. She was most helpful and considerate of my needs.

Sarah was excellent! She made sure that I found everything I wanted, even i the case when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Sarah also noticed my 4 yr old trying to be patient while I was selecting my perfect item.

It is always a very courteous, friendly, fun experience!! ALL associates are wonderful
