When you walk into the store the warm greeting the employees give to you and great customer service and helping with decision making I love the workers there.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from your associate Alexis S. She not only took her time to help me and the many questions that I had, but also suggested items that might interest me. She showed me so many options and truly took her time to make sure I was pleased with my purchases. Good job Alexis and thank you! I love this Pandora location and the sales woman are very nice and courteous.

They had all the charms and bracelet that I was looking for. The manager did her best to help match up my charms and took over when the sales clerk left.

This was my 2nd visit to this store, and Sarah made up for my first visit tenfold. My first visit I was in the store for probably 10 mins and was never acknowledged. I ended up leaving without what I went for, and additional purchases.

Sales person was knowledgeable in all areas of merchandise questions. Did not feel rushed to purchase anything other than what I was looking for. Very welcoming staff upon arrival and attentive to my reason for coming in.
