The customer service at this store was very friendly and knew what I would like. I was very pleased at the selection that they pulled for me. I wanted to buy everything that they were pulling out for me.

I am always please with the selection in your stores. Do I have some of my own ideas for charms, of course but then the would only apply to me. For the most part there is always a wide variety to choose from and that is what I like the most.

I Got a gift for my birthday and had no receipt, wanted to do an exchange,went into the store they were able to find the transaction with a phone number of my son who made the purchase and allowed me to do the exchange

Very Nice Store

I did my "homework" before I visited this particular store. My daughter wanted a particular Pandora charm for her birthday. Other stores did not have what I was looking for. After checking the internet, I was happy to learn that a store close by to where I live had what I was looking for. Mission accomplished!

Sales associate was knowledgeable and showed me rings that were both on sale and full price. Was patient with me as,I chose 3 stack rings.

Mikayla and Monique were extremely kind, helpful and a joy to speak with. I live an hour away from their location, but will return because of the excellent customer service they provided.

The store manager and employee were extremely friendly and very helpful. I needed to be in and out and they helped me with what I needed and I was on my way. I’m very happy with my purchase and with the atmosphere—lovely.
