The store was spacious and extremely clean and bright. The two associates were very friendly and knew their products well. Personal treatment at it's best. Very nice experience.

This Pandora location is the best one EVER! The staff is always so friendly and wanting to help you no matter what you need help with. This has become my go to Pandora store!!

Excellent experience and high quality jewelry

I purchased a clasp at another Pandora, which was not the correct type for my bracelet, which I almost lost because of this. The sales associate immediately noticed the error and corrected the problem with exchanging the clasp to the corrected one.

It was the same personal from a previous store(N. Olmsted). The staff was very professional and kind to me.

I thought Hailey B was great at being there to assist without being pushy. She was very knowledgeable on trends, sizing etc. I enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the store.

The ladies working here are so friendly and very helpful. They don’t rush but want to help me find what I was looking for. They also helped with their opinion when asked. Great store!
