As soon as I walk into the store they welcome me and my daughter with a smile on their faces and I really appreciate that, the sales associate that help me was really nice and friendly. I will definitely go back to that location!!!

I had made a purchase and was told 3 day shipping. I anticipated the order to be here by Friday 7/19 or Saturday 7/20 at the latest when I made the original purchase on 7/16. The online associate did not offer any solution and said I should “just call next time”. This was a birthday present for today. So I had to go back to the store and repurchase (not all the items were still available) for today. Sarah P remembered me from Tuesday and was quick to help and show concern for the issue. I was impressed with how she handled the situation and how she personalized her service to assist me. She was slammed with many people and only herself working. She was able to coordinate and keep everyone satisfied. She showed genuine interest and care with my issue. The sales people at the Crocker Park location are very good and I do enjoy working with them. I did not have a good experience with the online care, but it helped me to know someone cared and was willing to help. I ended up getting the items on this receipt so I will be able to give close to what I wanted for the gift.

Salesperson was available and friendly. I purchased what I came for and even more. Will be back for more later as Pandora jewelry in my opinion is a bit expensive.

the salesperson was very helpful with suggestion available with my bracelets. I have lots of different styles , I truy love all my Pandora. The staff was friendly and very willing to arrange my charms to help me selecting new ones. This was my seconf visit to this new location.
