Sarah was great! We bought a ring a couple months ago not knowing I could come in for free cleanings, and one of the stones popped out. We called and Sarah said to come in and exchange and that’s exactly how it went! Extremely smooth process and I couldn’t be anymore happy with my experience!

When we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and friendliness. Both Lexi and Mikayla were warm, fun and passionate about Pandora. They did not push us into something we didn't want but showed us many options for our daughter's graduation gift. We really appreciated the selection. My wife has been an owner of many Pandora products for years. We will certainly be coming back for more.

This is a new store however I have gone here 2 times already. Every time I have gone the staff are very friendly and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable and they promote the new lines coming out. They are a well stocked store and always have what I am looking for. They also kept my item in stock until I arrived to get it. This store is the best.

Loved the atmosphere there...the employees were so sweet! Not pushy but helpful. You could tell the employees loved what they do...I loved that Monique and Hailey never pushed me into a decision but made some great suggestions that made sense! It seemed like they really cared and weren't just trying to make a sale! I returned a bracelet that I never wore and the manager was kind and I felt she was very respectful! I returned the gift I received because it just wasn't my style and I appreciated that she respected my honesty! Had she not respected my honesty I might not have made any purchases (which totaled almost $150.00) I also was not intending to buy anything but did because of the fabulous, no pressure service I received.
