Even though there were many customers in the store I was attended to as soon as I walked in the store. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the items I was interested in and she was very pleasant in helping me throughout my shopping experience. I always need a woman's point of view when it comes to knowing what other women like especially when it comes to my wife. Thus far she has enjoyed all of the gifts I've purchased through Pandora. I went in for a cleaning and also to look at some charms I had been eyeballing for a while. All the charms where in stock, the sale associate was very helpful and friendly. Also as an Africa America women going shopping in a high end store can be very unpleasant. But this has never been the case when i shop with Pandora at Crocker park in Ohio. Sale associates are very nice and sweet (never rudel. I have gone to the store both dress up and dress comfort and same engery all the time.

As I entered the store I did not just have one person greet me. I had all of them greet me! They had asked if there was anything special i was looking for! They made sure I was happy! And showed me so many things. And helped me chose the right gift! Although I wish you had more retirement charms! Loved all the employees and the atmosphere!!! Definitely will be coming back!!! Amazing customer service!!!
