I visited this with my granddaughter prior Thanksgiving to buy a Christmas gift. My granddaughter wanted a specific charm for her mother. The store had three sales clerk. With that said I felt I had to make a speedy decision which with a five year old is pretty difficult. Even though we were one of two customers. This felt very uncomfortable.

It appears that my spacer is defective. The TM did not put it in the right location. I went to add more charms and now, not able to close/lock the spacer.

The associate was not very nice. I felt like she just trying to get me out of the store rather then getting me a product I enjoyed. The store itself was clean and organized, the girl was just rude.

Sale Associate was friendly ( I did not experience the WOW!), She helped with the charms I reviewed online. The bracelet I was looking for she did not know of which I referred to the other associate explained where to find the bracelet. I was shopping for my niece since it was her graduation. In other words I knew whar I was looking for and she helped with getting the merchandise.

Line outside had to wait outside for a long time just to get in and make a purchase many of the items I wanted weren’t available so I had to go with what they had instead of what I truest wanted to purchase! It was Mother’s Day I kind of expected them to have more inventory to purchase for mothers and grandmothers in store

My visit at Pandora was great. I was able to get in for what I wanted and get out. The payment process was super fast. I didn’t have to go in line. The sales associate was right their with the tablet ready for my purchase.

I knew what I wanted to purchase. I was helped quickly to get the items I wanted. I just felt a little rushed when I wanted to look for more to purchase and look at.

I was visting relatives in Ohio. At first, there were 3 women in the store. Then. Another women b4 me. It seem like 20 others came. There were approximately 3 sales associates. Each individual required a surmountable time. No fault if theirs bad timing for me. I enjoyed finding something for my sister in law and myself and myself

The sales associate did not mention the free bangle offer I had to ask her if I would be receiving the free bangle with my purchase.

The mask mandate has an exception for those with health reasons from wearing a mask; this is not honored by Pandora, which is terrible. As someone who cannot wear a mask without risking severe health issues, I will not return to a Pandora store while the exceptions are ignored. The staff was friendly but not very helpful.
