Went to have a bracelet changed for smaller size and have my other bracelet cleaned! But the cleaning machine was broken! The lady helping me was ok but the other lady working there was rude and disrespectful about it being broke and very unprofessional !

It’s all new staff which is a bummer for me because I was going to this location because I was very satisfied with the workers very satisfied with the time that they put into each customer it’s not like that anymore… the best staff is gone TRACY…. EMA… LEX .. so I guess it’s time for me to online shop now ..tracy was one of the reasons I would come to this location …🥺😞🙃

I understand it was close to closing but the employees made me feel rushed and more interested in getting me out of the store. I have visited this location before around the same time of day and felt more welcomed. The prior visit, the lady’s were kind courteous and very patient. I was denied having my jewelry cleaned. The sals associated was not knowledgeable regarding the charms. I asked for a Virgo charm in which he attended to sale me a Scorpio charm. I do understand they are both similar however the only reason I didn’t purchase the wrong item is because we looked up the sign online as we were questioning the charm presented.

Very slow service, had to wait outside in rain. Employee did not seem to know what products were available. I had to ask for suggestions they should offered other like items without me having to ask for everthing.

Capacity. Long lines outside. When entering store had you stay at 1 station and describe what we wanted. Not able to browse . Couldn't look at prices prior to picking out charm

Capacity. Had you stay in 1 section while you gave associate idea of what your looking for and not given the chance to browse. The length of wait time to enter store. Could use more help to speed up the customer turn around

the associate working with me felt disinterested & I felt like me taking my time was an inconvenience to her. I told her i would be purchasing rings. key words “rings” I know Pandora is high on selling more than one item per transaction. I would have probably taken my business somewhere else but the rings were a christmas present.

I understand that there were alot of people because of Christmas but the store was a little unorganized I asked the associate for help she said I am with a customer I said ok waited and waited there was some kind of a make shift line but the associate did an not tell me that is where the line is and people are coming in then getting in this make shift line very unorganized

The sales lady acted like I was going to steal the spacers so she hit him under the counter and locked the window or the door and I had to look through the glass which I couldn't see very well usually when I go to other Pandora shops they put the items on the glass so I can actually see it I have over 20 charms on my bracelet I love your product but that sales lady and Westlake Ohio was very rude

This Pandora Staff was not very attentive.. I tried getting the attention of any staff for a good 10 minutes before anyone helped me out.
