The associate was very unfriendly from the moment I walked in. She seemed like she was annoyed and not willing to be helpful. Then after being very rude and just wanted me to hurry up and just get my sale over with after I purchased 2 rings she asked me if I wanted to wear them I said yes then she rang me up and then she said ok gave me the reciept I asked for the boxes thenshe looked annoyed then handed me the boxes without a bag then I had to ask her again for a bag then she rolled her eyes at me then threw the boxes in the bag and did not even nicely put them in there and gave them to me. Did not say have a good day or please come back! She was very rude and unprofessional!! I just bought 2 rings! Maybe it was not up to her stanards but I am a regular customer but I will not go back there Crocker location again and I will tell all my friends and family about her and how rude she is!! Very unfriendly staff!!

I stood outside for an hour and half. While standing in line I notice people who weren’t in line just walking into the store. Then I noticed they had purchases. I spoke to the an associate and stated that I think it was unfair and very rude for them to allow people to cut the people who had been standing in line. The manager Christine was aware and did nothing about it. I was very unhappy with the service and she took no initiative to resolve the problem.

I came in to swap out a bracelet for a new bracelet because mines was damaged. The sales clerk was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. When looking up the info to locate my purchase she was huffing as if was interrupting her from something else she wanted to do. Then she stated that the last purchase I made was a couple years back as if the bracelet I had was not mines. After she located my purchase she proceeded to edit my with purchaser's info. I felt that she really didn't want to help me. I wonder if she was just not interested in working that day.

Rude sales associate. Told my 23 and 21 year old adult customer daughters that they had to “stay with their mom”. One of them left so they lost a customer. I understand there are covid guidelines but they already limit the number in the store and my adult daughters were shopping paying customers who were extremely insulted.

I felt dismissed by the first associate. She was waiting on another customer but was snotty when she advised us to use hand sanitizer and stay 6 feet away. My daughter and I had to stop right after work so we weren't dressed for shopping in a high end store. The associate Finaly got someone else from the back to help us. I heard whispering and grumbling while they were in the back. I knew exactly what i wanted. The girl was repeating the price, and reitterated to me it wasn't on sale. I felt because of how we were dressed we were treated like 2nd hand citizens.

The associate was extremely pushy trying to force a sale. She tried to get my wife to buy some kind of weighted clasp for her bracelet. My wife asked if it’s silly that she wanted to come back with her charms to see how they’d look with the weighted clasp, and the associate said “yes, that is silly.” I won’t do business at a store where I’m strong armed by a pushy, arrogant salesperson. The associate also insulted us because I chose to make my purchase online...ironically, her arrogance, pushiness, and poor attitude are exactly the reason why I shop online.

I never received a paper gift receipt , daughter law tried to exchange on charm for a ring . You didn’t have her size in store , they would not order for her , told her gift cards cannot be used online and they were annoyed she asked to have her bracelet cleaned . Then when she settled for something else they did not give her a gift card and credited my card back … I doubt very Kuch we will ever be back . By the way when she went to exchange there wasn’t another customer in the store , not like they were swamped and tried to satisfy the customer !!!

Had the email for the 30% off. Clerk would not give me the offer even after showing her all the information. Said it was for the card members only but in my cart from email the sale price was listed and I kept showing her the prices.

Erica would not listen that we had an email stating we would receive 30% off. She insisted it was only for the Pandora credit card. We believed her and purchased anyways. We did not feel this was correct. Upon leaving we examined the email from Pandora again and it nowhere stated the offer was only for the credit card. We re-placed our order online, received our 305 off and will be returning our in store purchase. It was very rude and untruthful to tell us we could not get the discount even though we were showing her the Pandora email. I will NEVER go in to this store again. I do not appreciate being lied to.

I bought something, then wanted to exchange another item the next day and Alexis was uncooperative!! Do I returned what I bought
