This is STRICTLY for the Strongsville,OH location. Crocker park was amazing. Strongsville refused to help exchange something I picked up from Strongsville. I understand it’s privately owned but rules should not be made up on the spot. Waited over 30 minutes in line (which is beyond anyone’s control) and traveled far way out to pick it up, to find that the charm was made for a different bracelet, figured I’d have zero problems exchanging as I’ve done this for the passed seven years of shopping with Pandora. Strongsville too! Alyssa and Emily advised me to come back in 24-48 hours. Something to do with inventory. Which made no sense as I was willing to leave the charm there while I exchanged/bought a new one. I’ve walked into this store specifically in the passed and I’ve been handed brand new merchandise without even having a receipt. It did not make sense to me and left such a sour taste in our mouth. We LOVE Pandora. After speaking to many people, I guess this is a well known issue for strongsville location. Crocker park was beyond phenomenal. Emma was able to assist me no matter what day it was or whatever “inventory” problem Strongsville spoke of. Very pleasant and quick.

I have never bought from pandora so what I order online didn’t fit and I went to the store to exchange it and the lady that did the exchange was rude her comments and here not necessary and I believe she have me display jewelry and she she just threw everything on the counter didn’t give me a bag to take my stuff home very unprofessional like I didn’t have money to buy things there I will never shop at pandora again and I will be returning what I got and getting my money back and taking my money somewhere else where am treated with respect and not giving rude comments why I order online and don’t shop at the store

Store manager brought up politics and coronavirus. She made her views very clear and basically preached them to me. I will never be back to the store. I will most likely never buy any Pandora material again. I regret not canceling my order and leaving the store immediately.

I came to the store to introduce my young daughter to Pandora jewelry. We were greeted by loud and rude manager Sharon and did not bother to listen to what we were looking for. Finally I had to say to her to listen to what I was saying and needed. Finally had to walk out of the store and showed her what we were looking for. I do not understand how a company has someone like this woman running this shop. I am very positive if you had someone more pleasant your numbers will really be higher. Shameful

1 person assisting another customer. Heard others talking in back of store behind open door. Made to stand around 15- 20 minutes before anyone came to assist me.
