Erica is awesome…I pulled up my wish list and asked which ones are the best to get now because they might disappear soon and she suggested a few. I went with Gus Gus and one that would not be leaving anytime soon and was highly satisfied.

I was having a really bad day as my best friend and I ended our friendship. She had a birthday coming up and I got her a gift from Pandora. When I explained what was going on and that I needed to exchange the charms for something different the entire staff that was there that day helped me out and made sure my exchange went smoothly. We exchanged and purchased two additional charms with my parents birth stone’s instead.

Natalie was so kind. Listened to what I was trying to customize and met my expectations. The recipient of the pandora bracelet/charms cried tears of joy.

Sales associate took the time to show me stuff in the category, I asked for. She was very nice and professional. She was attentive right when I walked in

The store associate was friendly over the phone and quick to assist with the right information. When I arrived at the store she had my merchandise ready and even assisted with ensuring I was wearing the correct size.

Greeted by Natalie upon entering, I knew what I wanted, Natalie knew exactly what I was looking for. She went right to it. And guided us on bracelet size. She was friendly, engaging, and is also a Disney fan!
