Everything was great for my sons birthday party. Our party hosts were wonderful

The team members went above and beyond to help me organize a party within an hour. They were so understanding and accommodating. Im so glad that we decided to have out party here.

I enjoyed being able to relax and spend time with my daughter for her birthday without the worry or hassle of trying to host and play. I really liked our party host, Keyon. (I believe that's how it was spelled) He was very friendly, fun and overall he really made it a great experience for us being first time jumpers. I also liked the fact that the kids were able to roam freely instead of restricting them to play as a group. I give my experience a 10 out of 10.

Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Every guest having to scan the QR code to sign the waiver was very time consuming. Party Room being available faster than an hour would be great for guests with bigger parties and small children. And unfortunately the pizza served was probably the worst tasting pizza i’ve ever experienced lol. A new recipe would be needed if i were ever to return here. Everything was fine except the pizza honestly.

The pizza tasted horrible. It was also more expensive than other birthday places which I wouldnt have minded if it didnt taste so bad. Also, they were out of lemonade and fruit punch which means the kids had to drink water or soda.
