Food order was wrong

Satisfied is good for me because the kids love it I just didn’t jump so satisfied it is for me

My Son had an awesome time at his party.

Was hosting a birthday party, nobody at the counter to check us in when we got there, no host the entire time of the party in the party room, food and drinks took forever to get in the room, party room was dirty, trash all over the floor, when asking about food and drinks staff/host was rude

The are where we checked in was not clean. There was also no room for guest to leave their belongings while the kids jumped. the time at the party room could have been longer.

The facilities overall were great (attractions good & everything was clean), the team members were very friendly and we had a great experience. But our party host wasn't very attentive (I think she was new) we had to ask for drinks a few times (she didn't fill them up), our pizza was late (which usually is no biggie, but it was a glow party so it was late already for the kids) and once it arrived half was burnt and the other half's cheese wasn't even melted. Also, I called 2 days before our party and again the day before (I had a few questions) and left VM's -but no one ever called back. Online booking was down when I booked so I booked through the phone but like the 1800 or corporate people (which were great) but weren't able to answer all my questions and the location never answered the phone. Overall good experience, very friendly staff (great with the kids) but definitely room for improvements.

The food wasn't very good, the pizza, chicken tenders and fries, were of poor taste and not cooked fully

There was an issue with the time we were supposed to have the party room for and got rushed out of the room.

We had an ice cream cake and I mentioned that it needed to come out 15 mins before cutting. This was not done and the cake was frozen and delayed time for serving. Another hostess was cleaning up because we needed to get out of the room and she threw away items that I needed to take home.

The party check in area was overwhelming because it was so crowded. The women's rest room needed to be cleaned. The balcony area needed to be cleaned as well.
