our party was AMAZING !!! It was the best day and the most fun Our hostess was great she was so attentive kind and made everyone feel special this won't be our last party at sky zone everyone had a blast and it exceeded our expectations

I loved it and I had a disabled child and your team member made sure that we had a ground level party room. All of my other children book at least 10 partys a year and they love it I'm hooked thank you for a great experience

Our hostess Naja was phenomenal. The kids said it was better than urban air. Great prices and very clean.

I loved it. It was sweeeeeet! Our hostess was extremely nice,kind and explained everything well to me.

I booked party on line for 2:00 and printed invitations, then 3 days later I received a call stating that that time was unavailable and had to move the party back an hour. It was good to ask guests to check in half hour before jump time, but some people arrived late and it was very confusing to get them checked in. Also, many of the guests would have preferred to be able to sit in the party room the entire time and have access to the pitchers of soda and water during the jump time. The parents of those that arrived late had to carry all of their belongings with them until we could get in the party room.

Friendly staff line move pretty quikly

The park and the play areas are fantastic. The party room was fine but our host was not easy to find when we needed her and it seemed staffing at check-in was an issue (we went to Rockin Jump last year and the process was smooth/professional). Our host did find a knife and lighter for our cake and set up the room as promised. The kids had a great time!
