Love the staff super friendly. I do think the detail of info on the safety button is awkward and think it does not need to be said in the office but just on the check in paperwork. Or put a sign in the rooms

Christina was kind, friendly and professional. She tried a hard wax today and discovered that she liked the results better than the previous use of wax with fabric strips. Great service, I will be back to see her again.

Holly was very nice, attentive and responsive. Holly worked on specific areas with solid pressure. The reception was helpful and very pleasant, I felt welcomed. Reception did a good job letting me know what products were available and sold me on a membership.

Kan is a great massage therapist and very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall the service and ambiance were good. Rebooking an appointment was also relatively easy.

Vince is AMAZING massage therapist, he has a strong but soft technique and completely addressed all my needs. He is very kind and reassuring and really listens to what you need. I have referred 4 friends to him, because he is so great!
