Hand and Stone

I want to talk about scheduling appointments online. Twice I've scheduled online, and it seems that I've accidently scheduled 2 appointments instead of just one. This appointment I thought I was having a facial at 4:30 but was actually having a massage at 4:30 and a facial at 5:30. I would not schedule a male therapist for a massage, so I know that I did not mean to schedule 2 things at one time and have no idea how that happened. It is actually the second time this happened. I work on computers all day in my administrative job so am totally aware of how to schedule an appt. I think someone should look at this software. That being said, the issue was handled well at the Redmond office. I couldn't stay for that long and could not do both procedures. They were able to fit me in for the facial early which I am grateful for.

The place is clean and the staff was very nice. The massage therapist listened to my concerns and kept checking in with me to ensure I was ok

My only dissatisfaction is that the walls/door seem thin - so you can hear other people talking when they walk by in the hallway. Vince is the massage therapist I see - and he is AMAZING! I recommend him to everyone! He is very skilled and able to address all of my needs. I only wish he had more days of the week availability - but I've always been able to schedule when I need to. He is the reason I keep membership!

Friendly staff and prompt service - appointment was on schedule. My aesthetician Raeann did a wonderful job addressing my skin concerns. The facial really hydrated and refreshed my skin.

I always have a good appointment when I come to Hand and Stone, whether it's a massage or a facial. I've been a member since 2016 and pleased since then.

Both Kahn and Payton give excellent massages. I leave feeling relaxed and my tight muscle areas are noticeably better. The ambiance of the spa is nice.
