my face is improving because of the regular facials I get here. The esthetician checks in with me with the products I use at home and also checks with me to see what the products are I am sensitive to and then gives me options on what they could do to improve.

Tatiana is the nicest and best esthetician. She always recommends other services that enhance my skin. I really like how the appointment is customized to my needs

I love having an actual membership at Hand and Stone. It "forces" me to schedule regular massages or facials, something I really love but in the past have not done enough of. This is a great way to take care of myself, in a beautiful, peaceful, friendly atmosphere, with nice people, easy parking, everything I'd want in a massage or facial.

Kan rocks- facias are good - but twice I showed up for a text based reservation but the front desk had double booked and I was cancelled- only complaint

The Hand & Stone staff were very friendly, the facility was clean, quiet and offered an enjoyable experience. Specifically, my massage therapist was very good and thoughtful in his body covering during the massage, while also addressing the tightness in my body. The facial provider was friendly, answered all of my questions and had a very upbeat, positive energy. I was delighted with my 2 hours of enjoyment for massage & facial and look forward to going again. I thanked my partner profusely for the gift of relaxation, it worked! ;)

Excellent customer service upon arrival and throughout the whole service. Massage was focused on areas of pain and therapist did a good job at checking to see how everything was feeling.

My therapist,Con, was excellent with my overall massage. Most importantly he relieved me from a miserable headache! Yay Con!
