Received a gift card and used for a facial with Julie. Very satisfied with my experience and decided to get a monthly membership.

Jason is an amazing therapist. He is one of the best therapist I've been to. He uses the perfect pressure and knows what spots need the most attention.

The lobby was neat and accommodating. The massage therapist provided me with their expertise.

I absolutely LOVED my service with Julie and I booked a second one at her suggestion to try a different service!

Since moving back to the PNW from CA in 2010, I was a member of Massage Envy in Woodinville and then became a member in Redmond. Left both of them dissatisfied for two different reasons. Joined Hand and Stone and have no regrets.

I like booking online. I like the variety of services and the value of my options with membership. I like parking at the location.

The therapist massage are well qualified and they know their duties

I went in sore, thought I might need a follow-up as.pain still existed the next day, but by the 2nd day, my pain had dropped 90%.. Amazing job by the massage therapist.
