Daniel was and always is perfectly professional and excellent at both listening to my needs, checking in during the massage, and providing a fantastic massage. The front desk has always been friendly and easy to talk to. Checking in and out is straightforward and quick.

The reception folks are always so kind and answer all my questions before and upon arrival. However, I specifically come to this hand & stoke even after moving due to a different city due to my esthetician- Yan. She can balance between very quiet sessions when I just need to sit back and relax, and my more chatty moods when I want to learn about every product and why my face has certain attributes.

Friendly, efficient, and effective service!

The aesthetician did a wonderful job on my facial and was very knowledgeable. She offered a rosacea facial because I was having a flare up but I declined due to finances.

Ryan was. As usual.. Very professional, courteous, kind and the Best !!! So glad that Hand and Stone has been open, available and so very well handles during this pandemic.. Thank you so much .. Ryan deserves a raise .. if possible. thanks 🙏

Clean and relaxing setting. The deep tissue was the perfect pressure. Heated table and warm towels add for comfort.

A few months ago I was considering cancelling my membership and then had a massage with Kan and it was so good that I decided not to cancel my membership and have been looking forward to my massage each month:)

Pleasant ambience and staff.

I had a massage with Ryan. He is very good and knows his muscles. It wasn't the most relaxing massage I've had as he started with more pressure than I'm used to and we went down a step because of that, but it was all very good for loosening up the muscles. I started 15 minutes late and he still managed to go over everything in the 75 minutes which was great. He did a great job overall. He was curious what I liked/disliked at the end. The main thing I suggested as an improvement would be a towel over the eyes when laying face up.

Yuni is a phenomenal esthetician! She is so knowledgeable and kind and friendly. My skin and mental state are always improved after seeing her!
