SAFE- SAFE - SAFE! EVERYTHING WAS SUPER CLEAN. First treatment in 3 years. The lobby was clean and hand sanitizers there. No high pressure to buy products, liked that too. Ryan was great ! he heard this was my first massage in years and he was super professional.

Massage appointment was on time, therapist addressed special needs areas, and overall ambiance of studio was relaxing.

The staff is always welcoming, they ask you if you would like water which I usually always do. Waiting area is always clean and usually I'm the only client in the waiting area. When the message is over and you leave the room the therapist meets you with a glass of water. It's always a great experience.

I visited Hand & Stone in Redmond for a dermalinfusion treatment. This was my first time. Tatiana was EXCELLENT. Her schedule is limited but it was worth the wait. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the treatment and the products available. I will be returning.
