Hand and Stone

My appointment was a Christmas gift from my husband, since he frequently heard me saying, "I've really got to schedule a massage." I did the actual scheduling, and, as you can see from my survey, I have no complaints: this was the best professional massage experience I've ever had. Alex, the therapist, is just terrific, and very well trained. The fellow at the desk was also more than competent: He could answer all my questions and, while I'm sure he was happy that I signed up for a membership, there was no feeling of a hard sell. He mentioned it a little in the conversation and filling-out-forms time when I arrived, and then was helpful when I asked about it afterward. I also really like the very transparent and non-tricky membership policies. Very important to me.

We had a couples massage on valentine's day. I felt welcomed upon arrival. The staff were friendly and the therapist's massage was exceptional.

I had a great visit the the Redmond salon. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and professional. The massage was very much tailored to my needs. I felt great after the service!

No fault of anyone there. But hard having your head down and wear a mask. And the fact that your face down a hour. It gets uncomfortable.
