Hand and Stone

I paid extra for the peppermint scalp massage at the end of my massage, but it was only about 2 minutes long. I don't know how long I was expecting, but it felt a bit short for a paid add on.

It was an amazing fun experience! The bathroom was fancy.

Therapist was great. Mix up was with phone call to make appointment and follow up phone call. Thought appt location was in Kirkland, follow up call originated from Kirkland (via my cell phone records); went to Kirkland location only to discover appt was in Redmond.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, the waiting area was bright, clean, and relaxing. The massage therapist that I saw was super friendly, and really listened to what I told her and it reflected in her work.

My therapist was fantastic. She addressed all of my needs and remembered working certain areas in the past. Booked two more appointments with ease with reception. Great location for services.

I had a great massage! Dennis was very respectful and knowledgeable and even gave me a few stretches to make the most out of my day. I'll be back!

I didn't like the pre-check form. It should not be a "all-in-one-cover-all-possibilities-under-the-sun" compilation of forms. They should first ask a couple questions to determine which forms you need to complete, then offer ONLY THOSE FORMS!!! AND have a complete button! Then....should tell the client and staff as to how long they are applicable, because I was asked to complete the same forms 3x's in 20 hours, and I received WAY TO MANY TEXT CONFIRMATION REQUESTS.
