Great customer service and ease of appointment making. They were on time and everything was as directed. Only had 1 hiccup where I was charged for hot stones but did not receive them. It was I instantly corrected.

Julie was great, very knowledgeable and professional. Will be seeing her again soon.

I use only Kan as my masseuse. He is skilled, knowledgable, pleasant, a good communicator, and sensitive to Individual needs.
