I booked this appointment rather emergently since I had a skin issue arise suddenly. Reception was able to find a time with my esthetician that evening! Silvia completely noted, addressed and basically cured what ailed me!

The new dermalinfusion treatment that I received was fantastic. I have seen and received positive compliments about how good my skin looks after this treatment. I looked about at other providers and the price was below theirs and I will definitely return again to this Hand & Stone Spa location.

The lady doing my facial was very nice and seem knowledgeable. The receptionist were neither friendly nor rude, just checked me in with no chit chat

Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, and they were not too pushy about selling services/products. The treatment was enjoyable.

Alexander was great! He asked me about my trouble spots and focused on those as well as other areas. The whole experience from the moment I walked in the door was wonderful and relaxing.

Eddie gave the best massage I’ve had yet at the Redmond location. I had a great experience with both Eddie and Tatiana. It was my best experience at this location thus far.

They addressed my issues

The reception staff is always friendly and my esthetician Moji is always extremely knowledgeable. She addresses my specific skin problems each visit and always recommends other products or services. Every visit is a relaxing pleasure that is visibly improving my skin. I can't tell you how many compliments I have gotten on my skin since I began coming to Hand and Stone.

Moji was great! I’ve been looking for a new esthetician for over a year since the one i used to go to moved. I’ll definitely return to see Moji.
