I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely friendly. She was able to get me a same day appointment for both my boyfriend and I. She was also transparent with the additional cost of being in the same room, as well as transparent with promotions going on and what we could expect with our appointment. Our massage therapists were both friendly, professional, and overall amazing. They made us feel welcome and comfortable during our consultation and massage. They let us relax yet also checked in to see how we were doing throughout the appointment. We really appreciated their compassion and expertise.

Dakota is very personable and remembers my history. The massage is done expertly. I know what to expect when I go to Hand and Stone.

I had a great visit. When I arrive, I’m always greeted by name by the manager. My massage therapist is always friendly and attentive. The customer service at this location is superb!

Very easy location from my home. Very nice and professional ambience. Very friendly therapist who made me comfortable. However I asked him to focus on my lower back, hips and legs and he spent the majority of the time on my upper back.

I'm moving away from the country, that's the only reason why I won't continue to come here. I love it! Eddie is the best massage therapist I've been to. He understands all my needs.

Silviya is incredibly professional, competent, knowledgeable and a sweetheart. Even my sweetie (a 50 something man) is commenting on how well my face looks! I am always greeted by Silviya as a returning customer who truely remembers me and knows my skin. I am made to feel special. I'm also thankful the staff is not too pushy when it comes to additional services. Services are offered, but I'm don't feel uncomfortable requesting only that which I want.

Super friendly staff. Really nice treatment with perfect applied pressure and points needing treatment. There was a miscommunication when I booked but the staff fixed it immediately and I only had to wait 15 minutes to start the treatment
