What an amazing value! I learned that the massage alone would have cost me 3x the price of another spa in Bellevue! The facial was also wonderful! Both technicians were very professional and experienced in their field. So happy to have this in my area! Also, better than Massage Envy because you don't have to commit to long contracts.

Everyone I met at this location has really positive, warm and accepting energy, I felt less stressed out the moment I arrived. My massage therapist was polite, professional, and knew exactly what areas of my neck and shoulders to target.

Daniel in the new Redmond Franchise Store is EXCELLENT. Not only does he have management experience from Rite Aid Stores, his demeanor as a Therapist is EXCEPTIONAL I have received his massages several times now and I'm very satisfied with them. Considering he is in his first year, it's great!

She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She allowed me to have her explain what she was doing during the service, which really put me at ease since this was my first facial. She addressed all my problem areas and gave me lots of great tips on how to improve my skincare regimen. My skin looked much better after the service.

Super nice relaxing massage atmosphere with a very capable therapist. Exactly how it should be. We really enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to returning soon.

I got there early and the therapist was free so they got me in. He worked the areas I mentioned extra hard and did a great job loosing up my muscles there. There was no pressure to up sell me on anything
