My experience was great I didn’t expect this to happen. All of the stuff were very friendly. I’m definitely coming back to do my facial again with Sylvia. She is the best.

Daniel continues to be a terrific masseuse !!!! He is always very attentive and professional .. He is the main reason I switched from Kirkland to Redmond. I had heard different things from the last couple receptionist.. The cost of adding time to my membership massages and the cost.. I had been told in the month of May members would get a free trial with the cbd Oil, then that was not the case.. there was mention that added time would be $10 and then it was 30 .. It would be great if there were some added incentives for members as well as the continual specials for the walk in massages... Just a suggestion... Thanks for listening ..

Sylvia is very knowledgeable. She does a great job explains what she is doing while she is doing the facial. She also lets me know what causes problem areas and what I can do at home to help.

My experience was great! My esthetician listened to my consents and addressed them. She also helped me pick out a product for daily use. She was awesome!

Eddie is a freaking master. I was almost crippled when I waled in - stiff and hunched over after a six and a half hour flight home from New York the night before. He listened to me, found the tight spots, and worked on me exactly as hard as it needed without killing me in pain, and today I'm walking like a normal upright person. This is my second time with him, and he is absolutely a gem. I will return again and again. The reservation system is still not seamless, but if you keep high quality staff like this, I will not care. :)
