My 1st treatment .. So not sure !

I was charged full price for hot stones that were only used in the last 3-5 minutes of my appointment. The points that would be taken for the hot stones or even a free massage or facial, are too high. It took a lot more money to get to those points than to just pay for a massage or facial. Revamp this piece

The receptionist was busy with someone else and they had a line. They should have had 2 receptionist on a busy Saturday. Instead I had to wait for my scheduled appointment. The massage room had way to bright and the room was very plan. Just a chair, table in four walls. Did not give off a nice relaxing area.

I didn't see any noticeable change till now. Hoping for the best .but I am satisfied with the service that's why said satisfied not highly satisfied

My therapist was more concerned with my rounded shoulders than my back pain. when she started she asked if i wanted hot towels...no explanation. so after 3 applications of hot towels, which took up alot of my massage time, and not really understanding what the water running all that time was all about I figured out it was warming up the towels. I would have rather she concentrated on my pain, I asked for cbd, and she forgot it. I didn't feel any compassion for my pain. I have another appointment and trying another therapist.

I am happy with the service I receive. I do not easily give highly satisfied.

Shorter massage than I expected, hoped for more time on painful areas

Not happy that my full hour included all prep and discussion time. I thought the service would be one full hour.

The requirement to complete the SAME waiver forms during each and every visit is a major detractor. Time consuming, negative and impacts your mindset prior to what should be a relaxing positive experience. Find another way to protect your corporation and liability. Suggest one time (annually) like other major corporations.

My appointment felt a bit rushed. It would be helpful to know if the massge is supposed to be 45 minutes, or 50 minutes. It seems the appointments might be scheduled back to back which does not allow much time for the therapist and client to relax during the actual session.
