I was satisfied, just not highly satisfied. Location now requires me a longer drive than when in Kirkland.

Janey is fantastic and before this visit, I’d never experienced an issue. But my skin was really irritated and sore after my facial. A first with Janey.

I was mot aware I checked that I was not highly satisfied, my therapist did a great job on my aches and pains, I plan on coming back next week.

My skin is very sensitive & easily got redness and I repeatedly let the aesthetician know about my skin type and specialty at the beginning of my visits. However, as a new clint, I tried different aestheticians to see which one was my favorite, during which two of them failed to notice my skin type and as a result I got redness for couple of days after my appointment, meaning I paid for better my skin but it turned out it got worse.

1 hour massage was more like 40 minutes. I was led in on time but was dressed and in the parking garage when there were still 5 minutes before the hour. Massage does say change time is included but I think it should be promoted as a 45 minute massage at most

All in all, the experience was good but I waited longer than usual to get into my appointment.

Massage was fabulous! Reception was great! Just disappointed I am unable to book future appointments with Lily as her schedule only went out a week and a half. I would like to book 3 or 4 visits out in the future every three weeks so I can plan ahead. That is truly the only negative. I hope she will stay, it seems difficult to keep good therapists!

The massage was just what I needed. Excellent technique, checked in with me on pressure. The only thing that could be improved was the eoom itself was quite cold.
