Service was good but not extraordinary.

1. Lack of available appointment times 2. Completing same intake forms every visit 3. Keep getting pushed for facial which I never request

The nanoneedling I was informed had needles tiny ones that went into the skin the post treatment paper said it does not penetrate the skin I would have rather had the microdermabrasion instead if I had know this at the time of treatment. Secondly most facials include a microdermabrasion it’s not an up sell . Very disappointed for how much I paid with no results will not come back for a facial here again

My esthetician is available only three times in a week. Two of them are on week days . Being a working women it’s difficult for me sometimes to get appointments on desired time.

Everything was fine but he never massaged my feet. My feet are normal...not gross. I just assumed he didn't like feet but that's the part I look forward to the most. I stand all day so I look forward to that part. He is nice though and did good work elsewhere.

The therapist

I feel it was slightly rushed. The massage felt good, therapist did well checking in, occasionally pressure lacked intention. I also felt massage on legs felt quick and not complete.

The appointment took longer than anticipated and move my schedule a bit behind for my other appointments.

Pricing slightly expensive

The therapist used less pressure than normal. I wasn’t sure if the therapist was tired or not. Not the normal massage but still a good one just not highly satisfying.
