The massage portion of the appt was around 40 mins while the service is for an hour. Just would be nice to get at least full 50 mins of massage

Only one thing that I would suggest and that is to not wash the tools in the same room while the customer is relaxing.

The people who assisted me yesterday were excellent and the esthetician I saw took the time to give amazing care and service. I am overall a bit unsatisfied with the company as a whole though due to the fact that I had 15 services that were charged and accumulated without my knowing in New York after canceling my membership at that previous location. My mother and I are long time customers and I am frustrated that I was not reimbursed and this was not resolved to use the money to make appointments on my own terms. On top of all this, I am also frustrated that there is a deadline on the time in which I am allowed to use these services. Due to recent medical issues I was unable to receive facials and this added further frustration because I had a bunch of services accumulating during a time after I already pursued to cancel my membership and was unable to even use these services prior to expiration due my medical treatments. Because of all this, I have been feeling really taken advantage of by Hand and Stone and am hoping for this to be resolved in a way that feels fair to me.

It was not possible to book 90 minute massage on website. Hand and Stone rules force massage therapists to be too conservative, regardless of the customer's request to massage the lower back or upper thigh.

Should have more facial options and they should do little massage of neck and back to make it complete relaxation

Feet and scalp were missed in my full body massage.

The continued movement of massages due to therapists leaving or some other conflict. This is at least the 3rd time I've had a massage moved due a therapist leaving or a complete closure of a salon. Also, any increase in monthly fees is not acceptable nor justified.

Takes tooong to find someone I like, but I and if I do they don't stick around. You have a business model equivalent to Supercuts... get em fresh out of massage school and don't t pay them anything then replace them when they either get frustrated at the pay or have enough experience to move up elsewhere.

The advertisement reads one hour massage on the website but it’s in fact a 50 minute massage. Also head and feet are not included and that was not communicated.
