The massage therapist did not help me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was hard to enjoy the massage. Whenever I asked them a question or responded to them I just got a one-word or short response and bright eyes staring at me. I asked to increase pressure twice, which was a very slight increase each time. I did not want to ask a third time because it felt like asking too much. The aromatherapy cost me an extra $10. It was just a cotton ball with drops of eucalyptus EO in a perforated bag dangling in front of my face. It smelled odd and not like purely eucalyptus. I was expecting a diffuser or something else.

This was my first time ever doing a facial or massage in my life so I didn’t know what to expect. I think overall it was a great experience! But I don’t know the industry well enough to compare it to other places I’ve been to which is why for some answers I didn’t say highly satisfied.

I had to wait at least 15 minutes for my appointments because the person before me was late. I have never had that happen and would of liked to be told my aesthetician was running late

I was highly satisfied, I just cannot afford to visit within 3 months. I intend to visit every 6 months.

With someone who’s schedule is unpredictable I wish it was easier to change and book an appointment. I also wish that there was later availability

When I signed up, I was given coupons. I signed up in Kirkland and made my appt in Redmond (they had the time I needed). But when I gave them the coupon, they would not honor it...they said it was only good in Kirkland....No where on the coupon did it say it was only good in Kirkland!

Post Masssge, the door was accidentally left open. I waited for it to be used which it was.

Massage therapists are all good but not really for medical massage I'm looking for. But I'm satisfied with the price and availability.

The massage therapist only massage the back of the body. She never asked me to flip over. I have never had that happen. I wanted the front of my legs massaged also. But time ran out.

The experience ( massages ) were great but it is not clear There is a huge difference reading your flyer and the reality : membership cost ! It was not a pleasant surprise to have to pay $99 +monthly payment
