I live in Tucson.

Service was efficient, location was attractive, follow up to get us on the wait list was superior.

It took about a week to get a return call to book the appointment. I think I left 2 or 3 messages before I was able to connect with someone to book the appointment.

The receptionist didn't really go above and beyond, she was fine but not especially friendly. The esthetician didn't use steam for some reason which I like. The availability of weekday evening facial appointments is awful, it makes it very difficult to schedule an appointment that isn't several weeks out.

I have mentioned once before that the towels used smell musty and end up making me smell musty. It went away for awhile but I again could smell it this last time on my neck and hair.

Super nice therapist- But I didn’t walk away feeling any better than when I walked in. In fact, I immediately went to another massage place and had a massage.

Cost seems bit higher for similar service by other providers.

So far so good. I'm not sure if I should ask for firm pressure next time. The pain is still, it was just relief a bit. The massage therapist was really nice. I'll come back the next 2 weeks to see the specific ones if any. Thanks

I thought the massage would be 60 min but now I understand it was only 50 min. I really needed a 90 min massage which I will be sure to book in the future but was not available that day. I received Swedish massage but I should have booked a sport massage. I need help with old injuries not relaxation so the massage did not result in the effect I was looking for.

I felt I was shorted a few minutes on my massage time. I pay good money and I would like my whole 50 minutes.
