My therapist did a great job overall, however I specifically asked for the most time to be spent on my lower back/hips/legs. I did not feel that that happened as a majority of the time was spent on my upper back, from my perspective. Still great though.

Nothing bad about my experience. I believe you have to go above and beyond to get the higher rating. There is always something more that could e done. I have no criticisms for my visit but it was just a regular visit except for having to wear a mask.

My skin broke out from the treatment.

The only thing that was unsatisfactory in our visit was the fast music we could hear from another place next door

I was satisfied, but there were only a few things that I wasn’t super satisfied with! My facial started about 8 min late and ended 10 min early. In the waiting room, one of the receptionist was speaking extremely loudly on the phone and was being pretty unprofessional. It didn’t create for a very relaxing vibe. But the receptionist who checked me in and got me water, Ben, was very professional. I understand that there needs to be an up charge for certain things, but I felt like during the part where my mask was drying (5-10 min), there could’ve been an arm massage or something relaxing added to the experience. I loved the lady who did my facial, she was very funny and helpful!

My massage ran short since the one before mine ran over. Before I undressed for my appointment at 10 the clock read 10:06 and when I was finished it was 10:59. That's not taking account the time i was on the table waiting. I should not get less of a massage if someone elses runs over.

I wanted a 1 o clock appointment and they did not have anyone available till 2:30

Aesthetician didn’t ask if I was allergic to anything or consult me before putting products on my face. I had to ask about each step, what was being put on me (peel, mask, toner,moisturizer? She did not seem interested in my area of focus, looked quickly and told me not to worry about it.

My therapist was great. I usually enjoy a darker room but that’s fine. I also could not hear any music and I think that the music is an important part of the experience. I also should’ve had aromatherapy but I could not tell if I had it or not. My massage was supposed to be an hour but my 7pm appointment ended at 7:50pm.
