I think I clicked the wrong button. I enjoyed both the massage and facial. I’ll be back.

First time having a massage by a male and expected it to be stronger. Prefer my own local establishment.

The services I receive are excellent. Unfortunately, I have to go out to Redmond to receive my facial by Silviya who is a Master Esthetician and of whom I will follow anywhere she goes. She was in the Kirkland location. My favorite Massage Therapist, Allison is in the Kirkland clinic, much closer to home.

Massage room too bright

There seems to be always an issue or long wait at reception. This should not be the case in the future as it causes delays to the appointment.

When I signed up confusing about charges and they entered incorrect email so I didn’t get monthly bonus information. I came in before first appointment and filled out forms and asked questions it was. Misinformation depending on who you talked to.

Great service, clean facility, great customer service, fair price. I like the promotions and offers.

Overall, I enjoyed my hand and stone experience. I don't typically get treatments done so it always seems like a lot of money to me;

Massage therapists technique was not my favorite. Mirror is needed in the rooms. Unable to make sure my hair didn’t look a wreck afterwards.

I have been trying to use the mobile app and would prefer to book through the app or online. the app has not worked since it has been available. The appointment started a tad late and ended a bit early.
