The prices for the add ons are a little high and I’d like to be able to use my credits for them. The cupping was interesting but I would have preferred some normal massage mixed in my 90 min session.

The website is not the best. I did have to call to change my appointment and receptionist booked me for a hot stone massage which I never said I wanted.

I really have enjoyed the massages with Eddie (at Redmond), however, I feel that he is slightly inexperienced and that can only really be remedied with more practice. He's very personable and the massages are good. I used to have regular massages at Gene Juarez and had a massage therapist there so what Eddie is lacking is not quantifiable but just the hands-on confidence and overall feel of the massage.

1. Massage style / technique could have been better (Eg: therapist could have used a hot towel under neck to stretch out) 2. Minor detail, but would have appreciated having a catch-all in the room to store jewelry.

I don't think receiving a satisfied rating is bad. It took time to find the salon in Redmond and it is out of my to go there, but Silviya is fantastic and I want to go where she is located at the time I want to set up an appointment. Sandie

I enjoyed the ambiance and the massage however I have several sessions left at Elements in Issaquah but then I'm looking for someone in Redmond. Couple comments - I like when there is a bolster for under your legs. I would have liked somewhere in the room like a shelf to put my glasses and jewelry. There was a large basket for clothes and things but I wanted a safer place for my glasses. I was very confused by the receptionist at the end. There is a membership program which I do at Elements in Issaquah but I couldn't understand what she said. Then she asked harshly why I didn't want to join when she was waiving the $40 fee. I took the info with me because I'm still considering it but I still don't understand the program. I looked online and I still can't figure out how much it costs or how much I save over just paying each time. I appreciated the free introductory massage but you have lost a potential long term customer because all I want to know is what a monthly 90 min deep tissue massage membership would cost and I can't figure it out. Also - there doesn't seem to be enough time between appointments.
